How does the "Order Merge" feature work?Serving ministries with clarity, stewardship, and excellence.
Our Order Merge feature allows multiple orders going to the same shipping address to be combined into one shipment. This helps churches, packers, and ministries reduce freight costs and stretch their budgets.
Participating in merged orders is simple:
1. Email us:
Send an email to sales@lionwholesale.com letting us know that your church or group would like to merge orders. Please include the shipping address where all orders should be delivered.
2. Notify your group:
Ask everyone participating to type "Merge" in the Order Notes section during checkout. This indicates that they understand their order will be held for up to 14 days and then shipped together with the group’s other orders.
Please note: All merged orders are combined into one single shipment. Any separation or distribution of individual items will need to be handled at the receiving location by the church or group.
Orders placed within 14 days and shipped to the same address will be merged automatically as long as they have not been fulfilled.
No. Each person can pay separately. When orders merge, we treat them as one combined shipment for shipping and bulk-discount purposes.
Yes. If the combined total of all merged orders reaches $200 (contiguous USA), we will refund excess shipping fees paid on the original orders.
You will receive a Merged Order Notification email and one tracking number when the merged shipment is fulfilled.
When orders merge, shipping is recalculated based on the final, single package. Any overpaid shipping on the original orders is refunded to your original payment method.
Yes. When the combined merged order qualifies for bulk pricing, the discount is issued as one gift card or store credit to the church or group coordinator.
If one part of a merged order is canceled before fulfillment, the order is recalculated. Bulk discounts and shipping refunds only apply if all conditions remain met.
Yes — until the order is fulfilled (when the label is printed). Edits and cancellations must be submitted before 12:00 PM (noon) CST on the day of fulfillment.
After fulfillment, please contact us directly. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways and 3% non-refundable bank fees for both the charge and refund.
No. Backorders and reserved inventory may be changed anytime before fulfillment. Once the label is printed, standard post-fulfillment policies apply.
Potentially, Yes. When your church decides to participate in the merged order program, all orders to that address will be held for 14 days. If your church or team has time-sensitive needs, please let us know.

Where are the needles for the pumps?At the end of the handle there is a cap, pop open the cap and there are two needles inside. There is an image on the side of the handle of the pump pointing to the end that the cap is on.

Yes, our toys and games are tested for safety and comply with all relevant regulations to ensure they are safe for children. We have noted both on the products themselves and on the web page what ages are appropriate for the product. The majority of items are tested as safe for children over 3+ with some for over 6+. Items that are not toys, but general household items, such as the solar lanterns, or jewelry have not been tested for children and are sold in the USA as recommended for 12 and older.

Orders over $150.00 are free in the lower 48 states. Orders under that, the shipping price will populate at checkout before you pay.
If you are located in the Las Vegas area or nearby, we encourage you to take advantage of our will call pick-up option by setting up an appointment. Please call Sandy at 702-735-2002 to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order directly from us.
For our out-of-state customers, we strive to have your order picked, packed and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours after you place it. Ground generally takes 2-8 Days, depending on your distance from us, and shipping conditions. Please keep in mind we have no control over delays in shipping after the product is delivered to the carrier. Inclement weather, labor strikes, and other unexpected delays could cause your order to take longer.

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Please call 1-833-541-3500 or email sales@lionwholesale.com or text 702-332-4387 or use the websites Chat feature to notify us as soon as you decide to cancel so we can avoid any unnecessary shipping charges. If it is a pre-order, and you are waiting for product to arrive, you can cancel prior to shipping. If the order has already shipped, we can arrange a return, however, you will incur shipping costs both directions. Product must be returned, complete, and in new, undamaged, re-sellable condition. We do not charge a restock fee.
Yes, we do allow exchanges! Customers are generally responsible for paying return shipping on exchanged items.
