At the end of the handle there is a cap, pop open the cap and there are two needles inside. There is an image on the side of the handle of the pump pointing to the end that the cap is on.

In most cases, the published tiered pricing structure is the best price we can offer.

Are your toys safe for children? Are your toys safe for children?

Yes, our toys and games are tested for safety and comply with all relevant regulations to ensure they are safe for children. We have noted both on the products themselves and on the web page what ages are appropriate for the product. The majority of items are tested as safe for children over 3+ with some for over 6+. Items that are not toys, but general household items, such as the solar lanterns, or jewelry have not been tested for children and are sold in the USA as recommended for 12 and older.

How can I create a wishlist to send to others to purchase from?

We have two ways that you can share your desired list with others. We have the wishlist app., which can be added to by clicking on the heart in the center of the product image, or by going to the product page and clicking the button that says “add to wish list”. Then, when you go into your wishlist by clicking the heart located at the upper right corner of the page; this will send you to your wishlist. From there you will see the share image on the right top of the page.Click on that and you can share via email to anyone you like. Also, we created a gift registry. This link is located on the product pages under or next to the “add to cart” button. In this case you will need to fill out a gift registry form, but lots of companies use this app. so it might be worth it so you can make a conglomeration of things. Then you can add any items to the registry , include any notes and click add to registry. Once your registry is full, you click on the upload button on the top left corner. How much does Shipping Cost?

Orders over $150.00 are free in the lower 48 states. Orders under that, the shipping price will populate at checkout before you pay.

If you are located in the Las Vegas area or nearby, we encourage you to take advantage of our will call pick-up option by setting up an appointment. Please call Sandy at 702-735-2002 to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order directly from us.

For our out-of-state customers, we strive to have your order picked, packed and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours after you place it. Ground generally takes 2-8 Days, depending on your distance from us, and shipping conditions. Please keep in mind we have no control over delays in shipping after the product is delivered to the carrier. Inclement weather, labor strikes, and other unexpected delays could cause your order to take longer.

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Please call 1-833-541-3500 or email sales@lionwholesale.com or text 702-332-4387 or use the websites Chat feature to notify us as soon as you decide to cancel so we can avoid any unnecessary shipping charges. If it is a pre-order, and you are waiting for product to arrive, you can cancel prior to shipping. If the order has already shipped, we can arrange a return, however, you will incur shipping costs both directions. Product must be returned, complete, and in new, undamaged, re-sellable condition. We do not charge a restock fee.

Yes, however, you will incur the shipping charges both directions for the order originally placed and then returned, and for the new order going to you.

Please email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to: sales@lionwholesale.com and provide the email address you wish to use to access our website. We also will need both the shipping and the billing address. We will set your tax exempt account up within 24 hours.
