Shipping:

Thank you for shopping at Lion Wholesale. We are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely manner. Below, you will find detailed information regarding our shipping procedures and policies.

 1. Processing Your Order

**Order Confirmation:**

Once your order is received, we will confirm it by sending you a confirmation email. This email will provide a summary of your order details.

**Processing Time:**

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend due to higher volume, but we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. 

2.Domestic Shipping Options

**Standard Shipping:**

- Delivery occurs in approximately 1 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

  •  The shipping cost will populate at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders $200 or greater. You may combine multiple orders to recover shipping as long as they go to the same address and are entered within 14 Days.  For example, if 10 people from your church each place an order for $20.00, when they place the order, they will be charged freight.  If all 10 orders are received within 14 days, and all are shipping to the same address, we will provide free shipping and refund the shipping charges on all 10 orders.  Each person can pay seperately, however, all of the orders will be combined into one order and shipped together.  You will have to seperate them at the receiving end. When multiple members of the same church or group place orders that together qualify for bulk pricing, the discount is returned to the church as a gift card or store credit. This keeps things simple, honors the group effort, and helps your ministry stretch every dollar.

**Expedited Shipping:**

- Delivery occurs within 1-3business days.

- The shipping cost will populate during checkout

3. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS

UPS

FEDEX

ONTRAC

 LTL orders are shopped and the best price with a reputable company is how we select the shipper.

**Tracking:**

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order .

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Lion Wholesale LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

**If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as specified, please contact us immediately at

 7. Changes and Cancellations

Before the order is fulfilled you can edit or cancel your order from within your account.  1.Log in using your email. You will be sent a code, enter that and you will be admitted.

2. Orders will automatically populate, but if it doesn't, click on the human silouhette on the right top of your screen.

3. Select the order you wish to edit or cancel.

4. Under the "confirmed" box, you will see three bule buttons, "cancel", "edit" and "re-order", click the one that applies.  When you edit an order, the original order is actually duplicated and then canceled so that you can also change your payment type, ship too address and anything else you like.

Sales Tax Notice:
