How Merged Orders Work

Our merged order option is built to help churches, missionaries, educators, and Operation Christmas Child packers steward every dollar wisely. Separate orders can be combined into one shipment as long as they:

  • Ship to the same address
  • Are placed within 14 days of each other
  • Have not yet been fulfilled (label printed)

When those conditions are met, we merge the orders into one shipment, recalculate shipping on the final package, and refund any excess shipping paid on the original orders. If the combined total reaches $200 (contiguous USA), your group receives free shipping on that shipment.

How to Participate

  1. Email us to register your group.
    Send an email to sales@lionwholesale.com letting us know your church or group would like to merge orders. Please include the shipping address where all orders should be delivered.
  2. Notify everyone in your group.
    Ask each participant to type "Merge" in the Order Notes section at checkout. This indicates they understand that:
    • Their order may be held for up to 14 days
    • The order will ship together with other group orders to the same address
  3. We merge, ship, and refund excess shipping.
    Once your group is ready to ship, we combine eligible orders into one shipment, recalculate shipping, and refund any extra shipping that was paid on individual orders. If the combined total reaches $200 (contiguous USA), the shipment qualifies for free shipping.
Please note: All merged orders are combined into one single shipment to the address you provide. Any separation or distribution of individual orders must be done at the receiving location by the church or group.

How Discounts & Credits Are Handled

When a merged order qualifies for our bulk discount, the benefit is issued as a single gift card or store credit to your church or group coordinator. This keeps the process simple, fair, and focused on your ministry rather than on individual refunds.

If part of a merged order is canceled before fulfillment, the combined total is recalculated. Bulk discounts and shipping refunds apply only when all program conditions remain met.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to pay together?

No. Each person can pay separately. The merged order program simply allows us to treat those separate orders as one shipment for shipping and discount purposes.

Will merging delay our shipment?

Yes, it most likely will.  If you request that orders delivered to one specific address participate in the "Merge" program we will hold those orders for 14 Days from the date of the first order entered. If your group has a specific date (like a packing party or mission departure), please let us know when you email us so we can plan accordingly.

Can we edit or cancel orders in a merged group?

Orders can be edited or canceled freely before fulfillment (before the shipping label is printed). Once a label is printed, standard post-fulfillment and return policies apply.
