When possible, Lion Wholesale reviews registry orders for merged shipping to help simplify delivery and reduce duplicate shipments.

How far in advance should we place registry orders?

Plan ahead and create your registry early to secure the best selection and delivery timing for your event. Set your event date as the target delivery date to ensure products arrive when you need them.

Ordering in advance is especially valuable during peak seasons—it gives our team room to review your order, coordinate merged shipping options, and arrange optimal delivery. Plus, many items we carry are manufacturer closeouts with limited availability, so early ordering helps you lock in the products you want before they're gone.

What should I include in my registry?

Most successful registries include a balanced mix of:

How does shipping costs work for registry orders?

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $250 or more.

When multiple participants place separate registry orders, we review each order for potential consolidation before shipment. If we're able to combine orders, we'll adjust or refund any duplicate shipping charges directly to each participant using their original payment method.

Can I create more than one registry?

Yes. Many churches and groups create multiple registries based on age group, gender, season, or specific packing goals.

Are bulk discounts still applied?

Orders that have already shipped or orders placed very close to the event date may ship separately.

Where do registry orders ship?

Registry orders are typically shipped directly to the registry address entered by the organizer during registry creation.

The registry shipping address is designed to help route gifts directly to your church, packing event, or group organizer.

Do participants need to send money to the organizer?

No. Each participant places and pays for their own order directly through Lion Wholesale.

This helps simplify group ordering and eliminates the need for one person to collect money from multiple participants.

Are there any fees associated with the registry?

No. Lion Wholesale does not charge any additional registry setup fees.

How can we improve participation?
