Account Removal Policy

If you would like your customer account removed from our system, please contact us directly with your request. For security purposes, account removal requests must be submitted by the account holder.

How to request account removal

Please contact us using one of the following methods:

Include:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A brief request stating that you would like your account removed

Once your request is verified, we will permanently remove your customer account from our system within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations that require us to retain certain transaction data.

Important notes

  • Account removal does not erase records we are legally required to keep (such as completed orders, invoices, or tax records).

  • Removing your account will eliminate your login access and stored customer profile information.

Sales Tax Notice:
We do not collect sales tax in all states. If you live in a state that requires use tax reporting, you may be responsible for submitting that tax directly to your state’s Department of Revenue.
