Our Story

Lion Wholesale grew out of our family’s love for Operation Christmas Child and a desire to make great boxes that would delight children. As we packed more boxes and served as project leaders, we started noticing a gap between intention and reality. Some boxes were half empty. Some items didn’t last. And sometimes the things we thought were “good quality” really weren’t.

A Lesson We’ll Never Forget

A moment in Uganda showed us the hard truth. Soccer balls we trusted — and had proudly sent as WOW gifts — were popping within minutes on rough ground. That experience reshaped how we think about quality, testing and confirming the WOW items are well made and ensuring things we send will hold up .

Today, Lion Wholesale exists to make packing shoeboxes easier, more thoughtful, and more dependable. We test what we sell in real-world conditions, improve materials when it matters, and listen closely to feedback from customers, missionaries, and kids — so others can pack full, durable shoeboxes without spending more or "hoping" for the best.

We care deeply about the children who receive these gifts and the people who pack them. Our hope is that every box reflects the love of Christ in a way that is practical, joyful, and lasting, while making the process of filling shoeboxes more fun and less stressful than ever before. Helping to support sending the GOOD NEWS to the ends of the earth.

This business is also our ministry, and it feeds the funds to pack more and more shoeboxes. We started with 100 boxes, our goal for 2026 is 17,000... With the help of our church and community, and you, our customers. Is anything to hard for God?

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are allowed on eligible items.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with an exchange, including return shipping and reshipment, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Or customer dissatisfaction with product quality.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes—if your order has not been fulfilled.

Log in to Your Account and view your order. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, you will see a Cancel button.

You may also see an Edit button. Choosing this option cancels the original order and automatically creates a new cart with the same items, allowing you to change payment details, shipping information, or quantities before checking out again.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Orders are shipped directly to your address using standard carriers, with shipping costs shown at checkout before payment. Orders over $200 ship free.

If you’re located in or near Las Vegas, you may choose will-call pickup instead of shipping. Pickups are by appointment only—please call Sandy at 702-735-2002 to schedule a convenient time.
