We understand that plans change. Our heart is to make your experience simple, transparent, and easy.
1. Editing or Canceling an Order (Before Fulfillment)
You may edit or cancel your order anytime before it is fulfilled.
For Lion Wholesale, “fulfilled” begins the moment your shipping label is printed.
Order Changes Before Fulfillment (Noon Cutoff)
Orders are generally fulfilled the same business day.
To ensure we can serve you well:

All edits or cancellations must be submitted before 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on the day your order is scheduled to be fulfilled.
If a label has not yet been printed, you may cancel or edit freely without any fees.
How to Edit or Cancel Your Order

Log in using your email (you will receive a one-time secure code).

Your orders will load automatically. If they do not, click the account icon at the top right.

Select the order you wish to modify.

Under the “Confirmed” box, choose one of the blue buttons:

Cancel

Edit
-
Re-order

How Edits Work
When you edit an order, Shopify creates a new updated order and automatically cancels the original.
You may update:

Items
-
Quantities
-
Shipping address
-
Payment method
-
Any order detail needed
There are no charges or penalties for editing or canceling an unfulfilled order.
2. After an Order Is Fulfilled (Label Printed)
Once a shipping label has been printed, the order is considered fulfilled and may not be edited or canceled through your account.
If changes are still needed:

We will do everything reasonably possible to assist you.

If the Order Has Already Shipped
Orders canceled after shipping incur:
-
Shipping cost both ways, and
-
3% processing fees for both the original charge and the refund, as these are non-refundable fees charged by payment processors.
We never charge restocking fees.
We only pass through unavoidable bank and carrier costs.
We handle all communication graciously and clearly.
3. Backorders & Reserved Inventory
We occasionally allow backorders or inventory reservations for churches and ministries.
Backorders / Reserved Inventory Rules:

Customers may change or cancel anytime before fulfillment, with no fees. We ask you to please consider we are a very small business, and purchase items to cover the reserved inventory.

Once the label is printed, the order follows our standard “fulfilled” policies above.

Reserved inventory will be held for the church/team until fulfilled or canceled.
4. Return Policy (Non-Damaged Items)
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
For non-damaged returns:

Customer pays return shipping, and
-
Customer covers 3% payment-processing fees from the original charge and refund
(These are third-party bank charges that are not returned to us.)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee (Damaged or Quality Concerns)
We stand behind our products and our mission to serve ministries with excellence.
If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet quality expectations:

We will issue a full refund, and
-
If we request the product be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
6. Merged Orders & Bulk Discounts
For churches and ministry groups using our merged-order option:
Merged Orders

Orders to the same address placed within 14 days may be merged.

Shipping refunds apply when the combined total reaches $200 (contiguous USA).

A merged order is treated as one shipment once fulfilled.
Bulk Discounts
Bulk discounts apply only when all conditions are simultaneously met, including:

Order size threshold
-
Time window
-
Product eligibility
If one portion of a merged order is canceled, discounts may be recalculated and adjusted as needed to remain consistent and fair.
The church or group will receive any bulk discount in the form of a single gift card or store credit, not individual order refunds.
