  • Online Orders: Register or continue as a Guest and submit your order through our secure online platform at www.lionwholesale.com.
  • For B2B access, you must be an approved reseller or organization. Additional documentation may be required (e.g., resale certificate, EIN).

Pricing:

  • All prices on www.lionwholesale.com are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order Value:

  • A minimum order value of $50.00 USD is required.
  • Orders not meeting the minimum may be subject to cancellation or surcharge.

Payment Terms:

  • Orders must be pre-paid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also mail a check in advance, send checks too: Lion Wholesale, 9429 Salt Water Ct., Las Vegas, Nv. 89117

Back Orders:

  • Our Customer Service Representative will notify you of any back-ordered products.

  • 🚚 Shipping:

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

    • Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Bulk and pallet shipments may require additional lead time.

    • For international shipping, please contact us directly at 1-833-541-3500 for a custom quote.

    • Lion Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

🔁 Returns & Claims:

  • To initiate a return, email sales@lionwholesale.com.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 business days of delivery by calling 702-735-2002.

  • Returns must be authorized and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and applicable freight charges.

  • Custom, closeout, or seasonal items are non-returnable unless defective.

📝 Tax-Exempt & Reseller Certificates:

  • Wholesale and Non-Profit customers must provide a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt documentation before their first purchase.

  • Sales tax will be applied to all  orders unless documentation is on file.
