I use this kit to make my essentials packs. The school supplies and bag are great quality and the bag has room for more. I add a Lion Wholesale drawstring backpack, half composition book, pack of bandages, toothbrush and a scripture card & bracelet set. I put this essentials pack and a wow item into my boxes, pray and fill the box with whatever is on my heart. This kit has definitely upped my shoebox game! ❤️🙏

As an OCC Project Leader, I shop year-round for the best prices on quality items for shoeboxes. I recently tested out one of these school supply kits and was very impressed. I didn't just want to look at them - my kids and I literally used the supplies and put them to the test.

The pens were PERFECT! They felt great in my hand and wrote very smooth. The ink color was great. They reminded me very much of the BIC name-brand pen that looks very similar.

The pencils wrote smoothly and sharpened and erased well. The quality of the lead and wood were that of a name brand quality pencil. The only negative I saw was that the eraser wiggled around a lot (as if loosely attached), BUT it never fell off (despite rigorous testing), and it did erase well. So....no biggie, I guess.

The colored pencils and crayons were well made and competitive with name brand. I tested them next to Crayola and found the colors to be more vibrant. These are not your cheap dollar store knock-offs. The color pencil and crayon themselves add a tremendous value to this school supply kit!!! I love that the crayons are an 8-pack. This keeps the whole kit very low profile for easy packing.

I really liked the white eraser! No smudging. It was smaller than those large rectangular erasers - but a very comfortable size to use. It erased well, held up to my rigorous testing, and did not break. I would buy these erasers if I found them in a store with no hesitation.

I really liked the pencil sharpeners! I love that there were 2 in the kit. They sharpened both regular and colored pencils well! I was surprised at how sharp of a tip they made on the pencil and the sharpener did not damage the wood of the pencil at all. The pencil sharpener is enclosed and I loved how well constructed it was - the pieces stay together very well and don't easily fall apart. I also love that they are low profile so they aren't bulky in the kit (and therefore are easy to pack). Good quality! I would purchase these sharpeners if I saw them in the store.

The ruler was nothing fancy - just a basic metric ruler. Perfect for the kit. The ruler was very sturdy - no quality concerns.

Scissors work well. No quality concerns.

The pouch was perfectly sized for the items and shoebox packing. The zipper and pouch quality were great!

Overall, I am very impressed with this school supply kit. It is fully loaded (minus a notebook) and the quality is great. Based on my experience shopping school supply sales, I feel like the kit is priced well and is a good value.
